Needed food...didn't feel like cooking. So I heated some already roasted veggies in a skillet, added a package of ramen, 2 cups of water, some fresh parsley & Voila!...

And yes I am aware that ramen is usually reserved for college students, but it definitely still holds a nostalgia for me. Not to mention to cheap-o price that always makes me grab a pack while I'm out shopping.
