After spending hours at the stove over the holidays I guess I've been really motivated to take a less complicated route lately, and the latest result of that mood was a treat of Crab Ceviche.

I substituted the recipe for ingredients I already had so it was made with imitation crab and lobster (instead of the real deal), red onions, fresh parsley (instead of cilantro), cherry tomatoes, olive oil, fresh lime juice, and salt & pepper.
I was also missing serrano peppers but we didn't really miss it.
